SUMMARY: Responsible for planning, creating, and executing engaging marketing content and campaigns to strengthen the Loving Air brand across digital and community channels. This position focuses on social media management, content creation, event coordination (including home shows and community events), and supporting internal and external communication efforts that align with the companys mission and core values.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements marketing strategies to promote Loving Airs HVAC services and membership programs.
- Creates engaging written, visual, and video content for social media platforms, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Manages social media presence across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business, Nextdoor, LinkedIn, etc.); monitors engagement and responds to customer interactions.
- Coordinates all aspects of marketing events such as home shows, community outreach programs, and sponsorship activities.
- Designs and manages promotional materials including flyers, banners, and branded giveaways.
- Collaborates with internal departments to gather photos, testimonials, and service stories for use in content marketing.
- Tracks marketing metrics and prepares reports on campaign performance, lead generation, and engagement growth.
- Manages relationships with external vendors and partners, including printers, event organizers, and advertising agencies.
- Updates and maintains company website content and blog posts with SEO best practices.
- Oversees digital ad campaigns in collaboration with external marketing partners (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.).
- Assists with coordination and promotion of internal company events and employee recognition initiatives.
- Represents Loving Air at marketing events and ensures brand presentation aligns with company standards.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may coordinate or oversee temporary event staff, photographers, or marketing interns as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree (B.A.) in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or event coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar content creation tools.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- ServiceTitan Marketing Pro experience preferred but not required.
- Photography and video editing skills a plus.
- Must be available to attend occasional weekend or evening events.
