Loving Air is a locally owned, family-run HVAC company serving homeowners and faith-based organizations in our community. Were looking for a driven, relationship-focused Inside Sales Representative who can follow up on leads, run estimates, and convert opportunities into revenue.
This role is primarily in-office, with occasional visits to customer homes to provide free installation estimates.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Follow up on quotes generated by service and install teams
- Make outbound calls to new, current, and previous customers
- Generate new business through inbound lead follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Run in-home estimates for system replacements
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Create and present installation quotations
- Cross-sell memberships and additional services
- Support marketing campaigns and promotions
- Accurately track calls, jobs, and transactions in ServiceTitan
- Process payments, renewals, and customer transactions
- Answer inbound calls and schedule services
- Attend sales meetings and business development events
- Represent Loving Airs core values in every interaction
Compensation
- Competitive Commission
- Bonus eligibility is based on performance standards and management discretion. Bonuses are a privilege and require meeting all expectations for the full qualifying period.

Schedule
- MondayFriday schedule

- Occasional evening appointments for estimates as needed
Requirements
- 3 years of related sales experience preferred
- Strong phone presence and communication skills
- Comfortable running in-home sales appointments
- Ability to manage pipeline and follow-ups independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ServiceTitan experience preferred)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual a plus
