Lovewell Fencing, Inc. located in Davenport, IA, has immediate openings for general laborer/foreman positions. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, self-starter individual. The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:
- previous experience in heavy construction, or similar, with common construction skills and knowledge.
- Candidates MUST have a valid driver’s license, Class A CDL or ability and willingness to obtain is a plus.
- Dependability, strong work ethic, positive attitude and a drive to succeed are critical.
- Effective communication skills are a must.
- High school degree required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Travel, including overnight, Monday through Friday, is required up to 50-75% of the time but will vary depending on job locations.
- Candidates should be able to lift 100 lbs. and lift 30 lbs. overhead and must be willing to work outside year-round.
This is a non-exempt, hourly, position, hourly rate up to $35 based upon experience, plus bonus potential. During the construction season overtime will be available.
