We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Cashier to join our team at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. Our cashiers work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean stores while having friendly faces.
No experience is necessary, as general customer service duties include helping customers find items, answering questions about products and services, and addressing customer needs. Cashiers also balance cash registers by completing customer transactions and offering additional sales opportunities to customers, all while following state and local laws.
To ensure proper food safety conditions, cashiers use various methods and technology for our fresh food and deli products. Additional responsibilities may include cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
