Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled Truck Repair Specialist to join our team. As a Truck Repair Specialist at Loves Travel Stops and Country Stores, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing light mechanical issues on diesel engines.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and repairing wheel-end assemblies, electrical systems, suspensions, A/C, and engine components.
- Assisting customers with roadside services.
- Providing preventative maintenance services.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and maintain clean places with friendly faces. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and their day better.
**Job Functions:**
- Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of experience in heavy equipment repair or diesel mechanics.
- Ability to move, lift 75 pounds working in close quarters.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
