Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for promoting sales growth, conducting training, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities
- Promote sales growth by identifying opportunities and implementing strategies to increase revenue
- Conduct training programs to ensure employees have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed
- Ensure exceptional customer service by providing a positive experience for every customer
- Maintain a clean and safe facility by overseeing daily operations and addressing any issues that arise
- Supervise and train 5-10 employees
Requirements
- 1 year of restaurant management experience
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
- Valid driver's license
