We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Convenience Store Manager to lead our convenience store team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our convenience store and fueling operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained store environment that adheres to company standards.
- Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, merchandising, and customer service strategies.
- Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve customer satisfaction.
- Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to inform business decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
**Requirements**
- 1 year of retail management experience
- 1 year of experience affecting budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of supervising and training 5 or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
