Operations Manager Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to assist and oversee daily operations at Love's Travel Stops and Country Stores. This role is perfect for driven individuals looking to make an impact and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through regular checks and maintenance.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, schedule integrity, and complete reporting.
- Understand financial reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements.
Requirements:
- 2 years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management.
- 2 years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2 million.
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
