The LovelySkin Customer Care team is growing! Most recently recognized in BizRate’s Platinum Circle of Excellence, our Customer Care team sets the bar high and relentlessly looks for ways to make a customer’s experience just a little more lovely. On a given day, you’ll respond to incoming phone questions about orders, make product recommendations, advise on skincare regimens, problem-solve issues, take orders and so much more. Never a moment of boredom here; when not taking calls, we’re answering emails and following up on customer inquiries. Compensation: $20.00-$22.00
Location: On site in Omaha, NE
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Set schedule will include Saturdays and one day off during the week

A Day in the Life:
This position works primarily with incoming calls in a phone queue; if you’re outgoing and a people-oriented person, this leading beauty destination is for you!
  • Providing excellent customer service via phone.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced inbound call environment
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues for customers when placing orders
  • Continuously create positive relationships with customers
  • Invest fully in our customer’s goals and needs
  • Use our provided resources to best find solutions to customer’s questions
  • Assisting with any product specific questions
  • Partner with warehouse to process customer returns and provide updates to the customer
About you:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center role or a customer sales & service position. Retail experience is a plus!
  • Positive, friendly attitude with excellent client service and communication skills
  • Ability to work a set schedule, with required overtime, weekends, and flexibility required during peak seasons
  • High-level phone skills while performing operational activities, such as inventory control, shipping, and return procedures
  • Strong passion for all things Beauty and Skin Care, including staying on top of industry trends
  • Bilingual is a plus but not a must
