What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher/Cook position at Lovely Day Cafe?
Weekends Only: Saturday and Sunday
8AM- 230PM
Duties
- Primarily in Dishwashing station
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
- Ensure all food handling procedures comply with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain a sanitary work environment.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is not required.
- Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is essential.
