With the help of the Lovelo app, explorers can enjoy real-time GPS navigation and immersive audio stories, uncovering the local history and culture at various stops. Whether it’s scenic neighborhoods or nature trails, Lovelo's routes provide meaningful, emission-free exploration opportunities. Our tour in Charleston, SC features stunning coastal views across 15 stops on pedal-assist electric bikes, offering a customizable and eco-conscious travel experience. Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role for an Onboarding Host based in Miami, FL. The Onboarding Host will facilitate seamless guest experiences by assisting with bike reservations, conducting training on bike usage and safety, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming and orienting customers, leading tour onboarding, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable and safe experience. The role also involves maintaining equipment and supporting overall daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome riders and walk them through the experience.
- E-Bike Setup: Show customers how to use the e-bike in a simple, clear way.
- App Walkthrough: Help riders get set up with the app and route.
- Customer Support: Answer questions and ensure riders feel comfortable before starting.
