Seasonal Call Center Associate

The holidays are one of the busiest (and most fun!) times of year at the Loveless Cafe, and we're looking for friendly, dependable people to help us take care of our guests during the season.

As a Seasonal Call Center Associate, you’ll help customers place orders, answer questions, troubleshoot problems, process returns, and find the perfect Loveless products for themselves or someone on their gift list.

If you’re comfortable on the phone, enjoy helping people, can keep your cool when things get busy, and don’t mind talking about biscuits, jams, hams, and holiday gifts all day... you may be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do

• Answer customer phone calls, chats, and voicemails in a friendly and timely manner
• Help guests place orders and complete returns or exchanges
• Answer questions about products, promotions, shipping, and lovelesscafe.com
• Recommend products and suggest additional items when they make sense for the guest
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and work toward a helpful resolution
• Keep accurate notes and customer information
• Stay up to date on current products, promotions, and seasonal offerings
• Share product knowledge and helpful tips with teammates
• Work toward individual and team sales goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Jump in and help the team wherever needed during our busy holiday season

Experience

Required:

• High school diploma or GED for full-time positions
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Students may also be considered for part-time or seasonal opportunities.

Preferred:

• 1 year of call center, customer service, or retail sales experience
• Specialty retail experience

Schedule

This is a seasonal full-time position running from approximately October 19, 2026 through December 2026.

Our operating hours are generally 8am to 6pm and typical scheduled shifts are approximately 8 hours.

Seasonal team members must have flexibility to work a changing schedule, which may include weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

Physical & Work Environment

Most work is performed indoors in a moderate-noise environment.

This position may occasionally require sitting, standing, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, or balancing. Employees may frequently lift or move items weighing up to 20 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
