Route Customer Service Rep
To promote profitable growth and retention of our customer base by developing positive customer relations through immediate follow-up and exceptional service.

Must be able to meet essential job functions with, or without accommodations:
1. Customer Service to be responsible and accountable for overseeing and maintaining superior levels of service for the entire customer base assigned to my area of responsibility. To maintain a minimum standard of 97% customer retention. To maintain current service agreements with customers and to react and satisfy all customer complaints, concerns, requests and inquiries in a competitively urgent fashion.
2. Changes - Keep abreast of changes to Company policy and procedures
3. Route Growth to achieve assigned minimum standards (quotas) by retaining and actively soliciting existing customers for new rental product services, inventory increases, price increases and direct sales. To achieve assigned minimum standards for the solicitation and submission of new business sales leads and new business sales quotas.
4. Collections - Maintain customers at a current receivable status minimum of 85% of revenue to be current in Accounts Receivable
5. Company Property - to properly and responsibly maintain, conserve, and reasonably protect all Eagle Uniforms property to include customer merchandise inventory levels, vehicles, money and equipment. To achieve assigned minimum standards for merchandise loss and abuse billings and existing merchandise injections and vehicle maintenance and appearance standards.
6. Safety to perform all work in a safe manner and wear all required protective equipment.
To drive the vehicle safely, defensively and courteously while obeying all civil traffic laws; and customer safety rules while on customer premises. To report all accidents and potential safety hazards immediately and by prescribed procedures to my fellow associate supervisor or manager.
7. Administration to make certain that all orders, service agreements, and required reports and paperwork are legible, complete, accurate and submitted properly and on time in accordance with company policies and procedures. To participate in accounts receivable management of my customers and assist in collections as deemed necessary by the supervisor or District Manager.
8. Personal Appearance - Recognizing that daily and frequent personal contact with customers and the general public; therefore personal appearance image and hygiene is paramount.
9. Training - To participate and attend all training programs and meetings designed to improve my professional sales, customer service and technical skills.
SECONDARY JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform other tasks or job duties as directed by my appropriate associate supervisor or manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
2. Valid Colorado Driver's license with zero prior license suspensions or restrictions within the past three years.
3. Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing.
4. Prior sales or route sales experience preferred, but not required.
5. The ability to interact well with people and be able to work independently while working under
possible pressure and time constraints.
6.100 lbs maximum lifting with frequent lifting/carrying of Up to 50 lbs. Frequent lifting/standing/walking.
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
