Job Title: Area Maintenance – Custodian
Type of Position: Seasonal, Full-Time or Part-time
Schedule: Full-time: Five days/week, including weekends/holidays
during Winter Season.
Part-time: Two days/week, weekends/holidays
during Winter season.
Pay: Starts at $20.00/hr.

Summary
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of ski area facilities including restrooms, common spaces, offices, etc. ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our guests and staff during operating hours, and evening cleaning and reset of all facilities. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.
Essential Functions
- Be able to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision to clean restrooms, floors, walls, windows, furniture, of fixtures of common areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
- Stocks all Custodial supplies/inventory as needed.
- Gathers waste, trash, and recycling from around the ski area for transport to pick-up locations.
- Assists/communicates with security on after-hours customer related issues or problems.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must have reliable personal transportation as employee shuttles are not available for these shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to work weekends, holidays and evenings.
