Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a dental setting (preferred)
- 1 year of dental insurance/billing experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in EagleSoft
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with insurance claims & benefit verification
- Warm, patient-first attitude
- Passionate, proactive, and eager to grow
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Answer phones, check office email and mail
- Schedule appointments and manage records with EagleSoft
- Submit insurance claims, verify coverage, and follow up on claims
- Post payments and manage A/R
- Discuss treatment plans and financial options with patients
- Collaborate with the doctor and team to improve systems
