We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to provide on-site therapy services across our Loveland campuses. This role gives you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day through individualized treatment and person-centered care.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive, individualized Plans of Care.
- Implement and adjust treatment plans as clinically necessary.
- Provide speech-language therapy services to participants at Loveland Campuses — including individuals in the wider community who may not be enrolled in ADP services.
- Maintain accurate daily treatment records and progress notes per company policy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care.
- Ensure appropriate use of therapy supplies, tools, and equipment.
- Report to scheduled worksites reliably and consistently.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Florida State SLP license in good standing.
- Master’s degree (or higher) in Speech Language Pathology.
- Strong understanding of SLP theory, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to assess, plan, and deliver treatment for both simple and complex diagnoses.
- Positive, proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of safety practices, precautions, and proper patient care procedures.
- Compassion and commitment to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
