Physical Therapist (PT)
- Full-Time.
- $80,000/year.
- Multiple Loveland Center Campuses.
What You’ll Do
- Provide direct physical therapy care based on individualized assessments and functional needs.
- Develop and implement personalized Plans of Care to help patients reach their highest level of functional independence.
- Reassess progress regularly and adjust treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and support staff.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, goals, treatments, and physician orders per organizational requirements.
- Ensure all therapy practices follow established standards of care and Loveland policies.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs).
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, in-service training, and community outreach when appropriate.
What We’re Looking For:
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Florida Physical Therapist license (in good standing).
- Ability to care for adults with developmental disabilities with compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence.
- Excellent assessment and care-planning skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lead, supervise, and support Physical Therapy Assistants.
- Calm and effective response during emergencies or crisis situations.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and patient-centered care.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting, positioning, pushing, or transferring patients.
- Routine reaching, bending, kneeling, and crouching.
