Summary
- Provide the expertise, knowledge and skills necessary to support Loveland Center Direct Support Professionals (DSAs) and support the participants Loveland Center serves.
- Direct service professionals must be age 18 years or older.
- Educate, encourage and empower participants to reach their goals through hands-on Practical Skills Training as they apply to everyday life.
- Services are to be provided on campus as well as in the community.
- Fully adhere to Loveland Center's Code of Ethics and Unifying Values.
- Must provide personal care support, physical support to individuals. This includes toileting, changing, feeding etc.
- Must assist DSPs in setup, clean up, and implementation of daily activities
- Must maintain/keep all equipment in a safe and good working condition.
- Must be able to list 40 lbs and be able to maneuver body to use wheelchair tie-downs on transport van following safety requirements
- Must be willing to perform all other duties not specifically identified, as assigned by the Adult Day Training Manager, VP of Programs or President/CEO.
