- Lovelace Medical Group is a multispecialty provider group which includes clinics, doctors and advanced practice providers in a broad range of specialties and primary care.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates the daily operations and activities for the Central Business Office-Patient Accounting department.
- The Supervisor is responsible for actively working to meet the department goals and assisting in the development of employees in the department to further enhance the employee and customer experience.
- The Supervisor will also work to ensure the CBO reflects the vision and strategy established for the department by adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety and compliance.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of extensive customer service experience
- One (1) or more years of leadership experience
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Two (2) years post High School education
- Call center environment experience.
- One (1) to Three (3) years in a supervisory capacity within customer service.
