Get to Know Your Team:

• Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community.

• Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for the LHS Therapy Services Department. 
• Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity.
• Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
• Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies.  
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety. 

Job Requirements: 

• Current NM license in Physical or Occupational therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.  
• Bachelor’s degree in physical or occupational therapy, or Masters in speech therapy.
• Four (4) years rehabilitation experience.

Preferred Job Requirements:  

• Master's degree in a related field.
• Experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Management of more than one therapy discipline.
