Get to Know Your Team:
- Lovelace Regional Hospital includes 24/7 emergency services, intensive care, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation, surgical and birthing services for Roswell and the surrounding community.
Responsibilities
- Manages and administers strategic, operational, fiscal, and personnel activities for the LHS Therapy Services Department.
- Prepares and manages budgets, staff, and productivity.
- Ensures quality services are provided through daily operations.
- Maintains all regulatory requirements for the development and implementation of policy, procedures, and security protocols for pharmacy drugs and supplies.
- Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Current NM license in Physical or Occupational therapy or Speech/Language Pathology.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical or occupational therapy, or Masters in speech therapy.
- Four (4) years rehabilitation experience.
Preferred Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Management of more than one therapy discipline.
