- Lovelace Westside Hospital provides care to Albuquerque’s Westside and Rio Rancho, including a 24-hour emergency department and a wide range of inpatient and outpatient surgical capabilities such as Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT), bariatric, and orthopedic service lines.
Responsibilities
- The Supply Chain Coordinator assists the Supply Chain Director in maintaining the operations of the warehouse, storeroom, and facility supply chain department by acting as the coordinator/primary point of contact during their assigned shift.
- Provides oversight of daily operations and activities, while performing individual warehouse and storeroom responsibilities.
- Adhering to the policies, procedures, and regulations, ensuring compliance and patient safety.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
3 years of related experience, of which one (1) year must have been in a supervisory capacity.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Job Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
MS Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel).
Experience leading a team.
Experience with the use of heavy equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dock equipment, etc.
Ability to drive department-owned vehicles, including but not limited to a box truck.
Able to analyze and interpret data.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Ability to act independently.
Demonstrates initiative, dependability, and flexibility to work in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to review information and take action.
