Automotive Lube/Alignment Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube/Alignment Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, mount & balance tires, alignments and other essential automotive repairs. As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and maintaining vehicles to the highest standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and lubrication services on various vehicles.
• Conduct inspections of vehicle systems and components to identify potential issues.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete maintenance tasks.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients regarding their vehicle needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the sales of additional services or products related to vehicle maintenance.
• Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure efficient operations.
• Keep accurate records of services performed on each vehicle.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Lube Technician or in a similar automotive repair role is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience working in a dealership setting is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
