Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role is essential for ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our clients, allowing them to maintain their independence while receiving the support they need.
This job is two separate clients- Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 9a-6:15p and Tuesday 9a-1p (40 hours/week)
Duties
- Assist clients with daily activities such as meal preparation and housekeeping.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the quality of life for clients.
- Monitor clients' health status and report any changes or concerns to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Medication reminders as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of care provided.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare providers.
- Assist with bathing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Assist with transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans that meet the specific needs of each client.
- Transportation to and from appointments.
Experience
- 1 experience in caregiving.
- Empathy and patience.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Adult personal care.
