Job Description:
We’re looking for someone to join our team in a space rooted in nourishment, community, and respect for the land.
We work closely with over 50 Hawaiʻi Island farmers, and everything we create is made with intention. This is a fast-paced environment with high standards for cleanliness, efficiency, and how we show up for each other and our customers.
This is not just a job — it’s a role for someone who takes pride in their work and moves with awareness and accountability.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing juices, blends, and menu items with consistency and care
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace at all times
- Supporting both front of house and back of house flow
- Communicating clearly with team members during busy shifts
- Contributing to a positive, grounded team environment
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has experience in a fast-paced food or beverage environment
- Is reliable and shows up on time, every time
- Takes ownership and communicates clearly
- Works with urgency while staying focused and detail-oriented
- Keeps their space clean, organized, and dialed
- Brings steady, positive energy (not easily overwhelmed or reactive)
- Is open to feedback and committed to growth
