Love Tonya Wellness is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate, teachable Licensed Massage Therapists who want to make a real impact—especially in the veteran community. If you’re a newer therapist who wants hands-on mentorship, this is the perfect opportunity.
I am a retired, disabled Air Force veteran and Medical Massage Practitioner, and I personally train each therapist to ensure our veterans receive the same high-quality care I provide. If you want to grow your skills, build confidence, and be part of meaningful work, you’ll fit right in.
💰 Pay Structure (Simple Transparent)
W2 employee | Paid per service
Massage sessions: Paid per service (30/60/90 minutes)
SOAP notes: Paid per note
Training meetings: Paid hourly
You are paid every time you perform a service—no guessing, no confusion.
We use a simple system to track sessions and documentation, so you always know exactly what you’ll earn.
