📌 Title: Medical Biller/Coder
📌 Schedule: Minimum 20 hours a week
📌 Location: Remote or Hybrid (based on preference and location)
📌 Compensation: Competitive salary annual performance bonuses
✔ Accurately process insurance claims, billing, and coding for individual and family therapy services
✔ Review patient data and verify insurance information to ensure billing accuracy
✔ Handle coding for all services provided, adhering to current medical coding standards (ICD-10, CPT)
✔ Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up on outstanding claims
✔ Work closely with our administrative and clinical teams to ensure smooth operations
✔ Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
➡ Certified Medical Coder/Biller with experience in mental health/therapy services
➡ Knowledge of insurance processes, billing software, and CPT/ICD-10 coding
➡ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
➡ Ability to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving
➡ Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team
