Supervisor FT/PT

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team in Tulsa. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. You will be expected to lead by example and provide guidance and support to team members as needed. Your ultimate goal will be to ensure that our team meets or exceeds all performance targets and delivers exceptional service to our clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a supervisory role, with a track record of success
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Retail and/or Food and Beverage industry

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a team of employees, ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Provide guidance and support to team members as needed, including training and development opportunities
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members
• Ensure that phenomenal Customer Service is being upheld
• Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration

Skills:

As a Supervisor, you will be using your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance and support to team members. Your strong organizational and time management skills will be essential in ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and on time. Additionally, your ability to work independently and as part of a team will be critical to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
