THE LOVE STORE IS SEEKING TALENTED INDIVIDUALS FOR RETAIL STORE MANAGEMENT POSITIONS.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure your store achieves sales targets by coaching and developing the team, driving sales and KPI’s and ensuring the store operates seamlessly. You are responsible for creating an inspirational culture of high-performance and accountability within your store. This position is primarily responsible for driving retail sales through excellent customer service, engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge by performing the following duties. Always maintaining professionalism and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner, representing the brand. Manage product returns of merchandise in accordance with the store procedures. Understand the company product discounts and special offers to inform customers. Handles customer financial transactions by processing payments. Provide customer feedback and any potential safety/security issues to the District Manager.

ATTENDANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY:
This job position requires a flexible schedule to meet the business demands, 7 days a week. Schedule flexibility and dependability with attendance is required. Remote work is not permitted for this position. Minimum 40 Hours in store
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or greater plus one to three years retail management experience. In addition, 1-year related sales or customer service experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
DRIVING REQUIREMENT:
Ability to drive to bank a minimum of twice per week to make deposits and get change.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, standard operating procedures, and sales instruction manuals. Ability to speak effectively with customers and/or employees.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, taxes, general cash, and credit card procedures.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
Knowledge of: Internet Software; Electronic Mail Software; Microsoft Word, Excel, and Teams; Point of Sale system (POS); Time Keeping programs
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This job position requires that the employee work at a store location physically onsite.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk/move around the store location. The employee is occasionally required to sit; Use hands and reach with hands and arms for product merchandise. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling around racks and shelves. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is in our retail store establishments, interacting with customers and prospective buyers. The employee should have the ability to deal with unforeseen incidents and to mitigate any safety concerns. The position is frequently around other associates and any given number of customers throughout their shift. During peak times, this can be noisy. The store is monitored through video surveillance for safety and security. The stores are open 7 days a week.

Salary : $45,000 - $50,000
