Assistant Manager
Purpose
To assist in ensuring the store achieves sales targets by coaching and developing the team, driving sales and KPI’s and ensuring the store operates seamlessly. You are responsible for creating an inspirational culture of high-performance and accountability alongside the Store Manager within the store.
