Basic Purpose: The Maintenance and Compliance Administrative Assistant works within the Gemini Safety and Compliance team. This position ensures Compliance and DOT regulations are being followed. This position will help ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and help with improving performance.

Job Functions
- Work to keep drivers compliant per DOT regulations .
- Assist with changes and updates to the the truck driver training program.
- Work with Data Q FMCSA system.
- Work within Beacon Onsight, Hire Right, and Samba programs.
- Update Driver’s med cards and Driver licenses.
- Set up DOT physicals.
- Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.
- Works with Lytx Camera System.
- Add and remove new hires from Lytx program.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle phone calls.
- Skills:
- Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; basic computer skills are required.
- Soft Skills: Good written and oral communication skills, team player, exceptional customer service, attention to detail, self-motivation, good time management skills, and the ability to prioritize.
- Typical Physical Demands:
- Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
- Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
- Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
