The employee may also be exposed to dirt, dust, grime, grease, oil, gas, high-concentrated cleaning solutions, etc.
Travel
Regional travel will be required.

Major Responsibilities
- Supervise the completion of the annual Instore planogram updates count program to ensure the company’s compliance with vendor agreements.
- Follow up on the execution of store level inventory count programs ensuring the company’s compliance while maintaining consistent retail inventory balance on hand levels.
- Follow up with vendors while in stores to ensure in-stock levels maintain consistency.
- Follow up on store level OM1 Training to ensure completed and/or on track.
- Provide support to field teams to execute merchandising initiatives, programs and tests.
- Support field teams with inventory control and awareness.
- Assist in facilitating the training and rollout of changes to inventory receiving and counts programs.
- Partner with Field Auditor team to refine store level loss prevention best practices
- Partner with Field Auditor team to train and develop the Inventory Management Coordinators.
- Assemble and/or disassemble fixtures and merchandising displays.
- Communicate with merchandising field leadership teams on all aspects of merchandising issues and follow-up items daily to ensure consistency.
- Foster a collaborative working relationship with vendor partners and store teams to ensure positive and profitable merchandising performance.
- Oversee inventory for new stores/SRI locations while providing training to new store/SRI management team and Inventory Management Coordinators.
- Coordination and support the field teams of new store and SRI set up.
- Maintain expense records and submissions for reimbursement as needed. Create a personal work schedule and be responsible for logistic and travel plans. Record maintenance of vehicle and mileage.
- Assemble and/or disassemble fixtures and merchandising displays.
- Communicate with merchandising field leadership teams on all aspects of merchandising issues and follow-up items daily to ensure consistency.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2 years of merchandising experience preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as a retail general manager or assistant general manager required; multi-unit experience preferred.
