Accounting Clerk - Cash Coordinator

Welcome to Love's: The Cash Coordinator will post cash collections (post payments) to debtor accounts and will process adjustments and corrections.

Job Functions

• Pull ACH/Wire payment data from bank website.
• Apply lockbox receipts to debtor invoices in the Cadence system.
• Process daily balancing reports.
• Maintain cash dept email and process incoming debtor requests.
• Process cash corrections and adjustments.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
  
  

Experience And Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years’ experience in cash application and customer service environment required
  
  

Skills And Physical Demands

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, 10-key by touch, knowledge of the trucking industry preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to type minimum of 50 wpm, detail oriented
• Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping, manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator
• This role is onsite in OKC and will pay between $18-19/hour.
