Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash, credit card payments, and mobile payments
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines
- Assist with inventory management, receiving, and stocking merchandise as needed
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues
Requirements:
- Cashier experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
