What You’ll Be Doing

As a Server at LOVE ON THE BLU, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless and enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive, friendly service.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering them promptly.
- Answering menu questions and making recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including resetting tables.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth service during busy times.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a serving or similar customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and team members.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
