About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Content Manager to lead and execute our daily content strategy across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. This role is heavily focused on short-form video content and requires someone who understands trends, storytelling, and conversion-driven content.
This individual will be responsible for consistently publishing engaging content, growing our social presence, and driving traffic and sales through organic channels. The ideal candidate must be able to commute to Stamford, CT (and live in a surrounding city/state), detail-oriented, and has a passion for social media!
This position is mostly remote (but will require office activity, hybrid 2-3x per month).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and publish daily social media content, including multiple posts on TikTok and consistent posting across Instagram and Facebook.
- Manage and oversee all content across designated brand accounts
- Plan, create, and schedule content aligned with brand strategy and campaigns
- Stay on top of trends, sounds, and viral formats—especially on TikTok
- Collaborate on and participate in branded content shoots (on-site as needed)
- Optimize content for performance (hooks, captions, timing, etc.)
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community
- Analyze content performance and adjust strategy based on data
- Work closely with the marketing and operations team to align on promotions, launches, and messaging

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
- 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media, or content creations
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Proficiency in content creation and design tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Photoshop is highly preferred
- Proven experience creating and posting short-form content that performs
- Deep knowledge of TikTok trends, algorithm behavior, and content styles
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Preferred but not required: Background in fashion, lifestyle, or trend-based brands
Position Details
- Salary: $52,500-$60,000 increase on experience
- Paid time off, such as PTO, vacation days, and sick days
