Responsibilities
- Make calls to potential clients and facilities to secure partnerships
- Receive and direct visitors
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Conduct phone screenings and assist with interview process
- Place orders for office equipment or business needs
- Enter data into reports as needed
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
- Travel to facilities to meet and create partnerships, market as needed
- Assist with training classes as needed.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes excel, google docs, powerpoint, and social media marketing, email
- At least 2 years experience in office setting, preferrably in home care or nursing field.
- High School diploma
- Transportation to location
