About the Role
We are seeking reliable, driven individuals to join our SpeedX delivery team. As a contractor, you will pick up and deliver small packages in your personal vehicle. This role requires professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to manage deliveries efficiently. Daily volume and route length vary, so applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Pick up assigned packages from the designated warehouse/terminal.
- Deliver packages to residential and business locations in the assigned area.
- Follow routing directions and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Communicate any delivery issues, delays, or questions promptly.
- Handle packages safely and maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude.
- Maintain your vehicle in good working condition for daily routes.
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 21 with a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable personal vehicle (sedan, SUV, or hatchback).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Smartphone required (Android or iOS) for route app usage.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Consistent availability (schedule varies by daily demand).
- Must be dependable, respectful, and able to work independently.

- Auto insurance in your name with current coverage.
- Clean background check and driving record.
