Love Joy is a licensed Adult Day Health Care / Community-Based Adult Services (CBAS) program committed to supporting older adults and adults with chronic medical conditions to live safely in the community. We provide person-centered nursing, social services, personal care, rehabilitation therapies, and engaging daily activities in a supportive environment.We are seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate Administrator to oversee daily operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a multidisciplinary care team.Position SummaryThe Administrator is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and operation of the ADHC/CBAS center in accordance with California Department of Public Health (CDPH) licensing requirements, Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) CBAS regulations, Title 22, and all applicable federal and state guidelines.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with ADHC/CBAS regulations, Title 22, Medi-Cal requirements, and all applicable state and federal laws.Oversee daily operations, staffing schedules, budgeting, and facility management.Supervise and support interdisciplinary team members including nursing, social services, therapy, and activity staff.Ensure timely completion of multidisciplinary assessments (MDAs), Individual Plans of Care (IPCs), quality assurance, and documentation.Maintain positive relationships with participants, families, caregivers, referral sources, and regulatory agencies.Lead Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement (QAPI) efforts.Oversee participant enrollment, recertification, attendance, and discharge processes.Coordinate emergency preparedness, safety programs, and staff training.Represent the center during audits, surveys, and inspections.Promote a culture of respect, teamwork, and person-centered care.QualificationsMust meet California ADHC/CBAS Administrator requirements under Title 22:Bachelors degree andat least one year of experience as an ADHC Program Director, or equivalent supervisory experience in a health or social services setting.Knowledge of aging, chronic disease, behavioral health, community health, or rehabilitation.Minimum 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.Strong understanding of CBAS program standards, Medi-Cal documentation, and interdisciplinary care planning.CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, participant-centered environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in Adult Day Health Care or community-based services.Familiarity with DHCS documentation platforms and audit processes.Bilingual skills (not required but highly valued).
