New To You Store Associate Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Operate the point of sale register accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash and tractions with strong attention to details
- Sort, organize, and maintain store merchandise
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep of the store
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized sorting and donation areas
- Move and arrange furniture as needed
- Price, tag, and prepare merchandise for display
Preferred qualifications:
- Ability to lift 20-30lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities (preferred but not required)
Schedule:
Flexible hours throughout the week, with a minimum of 2 Saturdays per month
- 6-12 hours per week
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6.0 – 12.0 per week
