The Invitation
We are praying for a Store Support Staff who sense God may be calling them into this ministry.
Store Support Staff
Store Support Staff works alongside store management and volunteers to keep the store organized, welcoming, and running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
- Support daily sales-floor operations and store procedures
- Help open and close the store
- Assist with cash drawers and deposit accuracy
- Price, tag, stock, and replenish merchandise
- Maintain orderly sales floors, dressing rooms, and checkout areas
- Provide fast, friendly, and accurate checkout service
- Support volunteer check-in and communication
- Help create a positive volunteer experience
- Provide excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
- Share the mission of Love INC through interactions with customers
These responsibilities reflect the current Store Support role’s emphasis on store operations, merchandising, checkout, volunteer relationships, and customer hospitality.
Qualifications
- Committed follower of Jesus Christ
- Retail or customer-service experience preferred
- Strong relational and communication skills
- Dependable, organized, and team-oriented
- Able to work on-site in Fishersville, Stuarts Draft, and Waynesboro, VA
Spiritual Foundation
Because these are ministry roles, spiritual qualifications are essential.
