Live-in Housekeeper

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Hotel Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel, ensuring that guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent service in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as needed.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Vacuum carpets and clean floors using appropriate floor care techniques.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and public areas to ensure availability for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to meet daily cleaning goals and standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Compensation

• Free housing and utilties in exchange for up to three hours of work per day or ~21 per week
• Our flexible schedule means some days you may work three hours and some days you might not have any work to do - but the work will always be within a set timeframe (9am-1pm)
