We are looking for the best of the best retail Supervisors to inspire and engage customers while highlighting the city's landmarks, attractions and history. We offer a fun environment and flexible work schedule.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Interacting with customers and giving them product suggestions
- Ringing sales accurately and efficiently
- Opening and closing the store, balancing registers, preparing bank deposits, etc.
- Maintaining visual presentation and recovery standards
- Assisting with the processing of daily deliveries
- Attending sales training activities and store-wide meetings
- Contribute positively to create a fun, upbeat, friendly environment for both customers and fellow associates
Skills and Specifications
- Should possess outstanding verbal communication skills
- Should have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers
- Should demonstrate leadership abilities
- Should be a team player and have the ability to meet assigned tasks and goals
Education and Qualifications
- High school degree, diploma or a GED equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time (minimum of 4 hours)
Compensation
- Starting at $17.50 /hour, depending on experience, with advancement opportunities for a strong performer!
