Key Responsibilities
- Build and ship full-stack applications end-to-end
- Develop frontend systems using Next.js / React
- Contribute to backend services using Node.js or Python
- Work with Kubernetes-based infrastructure
- Design scalable systems supporting high-volume user workflows
- Partner with internal teams and stakeholders in a client-facing capacity
- 1–3 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
- Experience at:
- High-growth VC-backed startup, OR
- Top trading firm, OR
- Founding engineer at startup that raised $2.5M
- Strong full-stack experience:
- Frontend: React, Next.js
- Backend: Node.js or Python
- Kubernetes (required)
- Experience with Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is a plus
- Proven ability to build products end-to-end
- Strong sense of ownership and execution
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Strong communication skills (client-facing exposure required)
- Onsite: San Francisco (FiDi) – 5 days/week

- $180K – $250K base
