About The Role

We're looking for a talented Senior Software Engineer to help build the next generation of AI-powered recruiting technology for the healthcare industry.

In this role, you'll design, develop, and scale software that powers autonomous AI agents, modern web applications, and backend services used by hospitals and healthcare organizations nationwide. You'll work closely with Product, Design, AI, and Engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges while building highly scalable, reliable, and secure systems.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning projects from concept to deployment, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and is passionate about building technology that makes a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications.
• Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and distributed systems.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern frontend technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver high-quality software.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.
• Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement long-term solutions.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
• Continuously improve development processes and engineering standards.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong experience building scalable web applications and backend systems.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency with modern programming languages.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud-based application development.
• Experience using Git, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployment workflows.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, software architecture, and system design.
• Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience building AI-powered applications.
