- Oversee cash handling, POS (Point of Sale) systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of communication.
- Supervise shift schedules, manage employee orientation programs, and enforce store policies to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within the retail industry, including supervising teams and managing daily store operations.
- Strong skills in negotiation, sales management, inventory management, and operational oversight.
- Experience with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated leadership in training & development initiatives with a focus on team motivation and performance improvement.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently using organizational skills and time management techniques.
- Previous experience in Retail environments is advantageous but not required.
