Pay: $55,312.82 - $90,677.80 per year

Evening Availability Strongly Preferred - Most clients request evening hours

At Love Discovery Institute, we believe therapists thrive when they can focus on what matters most: their clients and their clinical work. We’re a warm, high-standard, supportive group practice that values clinical excellence, emotional maturity, and deep client care.

We are primarily seeking a full-time therapist to come on board with Love Discovery Institute with a full commitment to seeing clients exclusively under LDI (not practicing elsewhere). We believe this improves the quality of work therapist provides to LDI clients while decreasing therapist burnout.

Position Type: (In-Office Coral Gables)

This is a hybrid role based out of our gorgeous Coral Gables office, with a combination of:
In-office sessions (required)
Telehealth sessions (included)

Work hours:
Monday–Thursday: 12- 8:00 PM
Friday: 11AM- 6:00 PM

We are flexible for the right candidate, including clinicians who prefer a 4-day workweek instead of 5.

Client Population (Important)

We work with a diverse, meaningful, and high-quality clientele across:
Children
Teens
Individual Adults
Couples
Families

Strong preference for therapists who feel comfortable working with more than one population.

Bonus / Plus: Clinicians who are open to working with both kids/teens and couples (or have experience in both or or the other) are highly encouraged to apply — though we are open to clinicians who specialize primarily in one area as well.

This role is best suited for clinicians who genuinely want to be part of a group practice — not just rent a room or feel like a solo practitioner with random referrals.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality psychotherapy to clients (caseload based on your strengths and training)
Utilize a trauma-informed, client-centered approach
Maintain ethical documentation and strong professional standards
Collaborate with colleagues to support high-quality client care
Participate in team meetings and professional development

Required Experience

Trauma-informed clinical experience
Proven ability to maintain strong client retention
Professional, grounded, emotionally mature clinician
Comfort working with high-quality clientele

Full-Time Expectations

Full-time equals approximately 25–30 client sessions per week minimum

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is based on experience and weekly client caseload and typically ranges from:

$55,000 – $95,000 annually

In addition, clinicians are eligible for:
401(k) benefits
Strong referral flow and caseload stability
Full admin and operational support so clinicians can focus on clinical work

Qualifications (Must Be Fully Licensed in Florida- Not hiring intern at this moment)

Successful completion of a Master’s or Doctoral Degree and must be fully licensed in the State of Florida.
