Love Dental is a brand-new private practice opening in June, and we are looking for amazing people to join our team in Palmetto FL. A half mile from I-75, this is an easy commute for anyone living in Riverview, all the way down to Sarasota, in between and beyond.

I am looking for people who want to make a difference in the lives of their patients. People who want to make an impact. Love Dental exists for that very purpose of making a big impact. This is going to be the premier dental office in the area. Special things are going to happen here, so we need special people. An all-start team needs all-star players.

Duties

• Greet each patient with warmth and hospitality on the phone and in person
• Schedule patients
• Perform all duties typical of a team member at the front desk including entering in patient info, insurance, and payments
• Manage patient records efficiently using Archy and our other softwares to ensure accurate medical documentation and coding.
• Present financial payment options for recommended treatment in a collaborative way
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment
• Follow up on accounts outstanding
• Submit insurance claims accurately and fully, along with proper follow up
• Provide excellent concierge level service to all patients

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dentistry
• Comfortable presenting financial options to patient, sometimes for large amounts
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with dentists, hygienists, and other team members to deliver outstanding patient care.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
