We are seeking a Bridal Stylist to join our team. This role combines personalized client service, luxury retail sales, and operational support in a beautiful, high-end boutique environment.

Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role located in Potomac, MD (and Washington, D.C.). The roles involve assisting brides with selecting their bridal gowns and accessories, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and positive shopping experience, and managing daily sales operations. As an Assistant Manager, additional tasks will include staff supervision, training, inventory management, and overseeing store operations to meet sales goals.
Qualifications
- Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to enhance Customer Experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous experience in bridal retail is a plus
- Vintage sourcing or appreciation for all things vintage is a plus!
