Fulfillment Operations Assistant

Job Overview

Love Binetti Group is seeking a reliable and organized Fulfillment Operations Assistant to support daily order processing, inventory coordination, and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, managing details, and helping ensure products and orders move smoothly from processing to completion.

The Fulfillment Operations Assistant will work closely with internal teams to maintain accurate records, support workflow improvements, and assist with day-to-day fulfillment tasks. No previous experience is required training and support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily fulfillment and order processing activities.
• Review order information and ensure details are accurate.
• Support picking, packing, and preparation of orders for shipment.
• Update order status and maintain operational records.
• Help organize inventory and fulfillment materials.
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming items.
• Prepare documents, labels, and shipment information.
• Communicate with team members regarding order updates and priorities.
• Identify and report order issues or discrepancies.
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area.
• Support improvements to daily fulfillment processes.
• Complete additional operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and meet deadlines.
• Reliable attendance and positive work attitude.

Pay: $22.50 - $23.50 per hour
