- Support children’s overall well-being by practicing child welfare principles and ensuring their safety at all times during daycare or preschool activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to communicate student progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones clearly and professionally.
- Incorporate specialized knowledge in special education and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Plan tutoring sessions or additional support for students requiring extra help in literacy or math.
- Lead physical education activities that promote healthy development and motor skills among young learners.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, lesson plans, and classroom activities in compliance with educational standards.
Experience
- Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare.
- Experience working with students with special needs or implementing early intervention programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement among young learners.
- Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus.
