• Create engaging, age-appropriate lessons that promote literacy, math skills, physical education, and social-emotional growth.
• Manage classroom environments effectively through strong classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to foster a safe and supportive learning space.
• Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
• Support children’s overall well-being by practicing child welfare principles and ensuring their safety at all times during daycare or preschool activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and caregivers to communicate student progress, behavioral concerns, and developmental milestones clearly and professionally.
• Incorporate specialized knowledge in special education and early intervention strategies to support children with diverse learning needs.
• Plan tutoring sessions or additional support for students requiring extra help in literacy or math.
• Lead physical education activities that promote healthy development and motor skills among young learners.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, lesson plans, and classroom activities in compliance with educational standards.

Experience

• Proven classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools.
• Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various subjects including literacy education, math, physical education, and childcare.
• Experience working with students with special needs or implementing early intervention programs is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with classroom management techniques that foster positive behavior and engagement among young learners.
• Prior experience in private schools or Montessori environments is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and community partners.
• Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and assessment tools used in early childhood education.
• Background in childhood development principles ensuring a holistic approach to teaching young children.
• Ability to adapt lesson plans for diverse learning styles while maintaining an energetic and motivating teaching style.
